FAQ's

If there is rain in the forecast on your scheduled date and you do not have alternative plans in place to get a tent or move the party indoors we will issue a credit good for one year to reschedule. Similarly, if winds are expected to be above 15 mph we will not set up a bounce house and will issue a credit to reschedule 

A Lee's Playland representative will be in contact 24-48 hours before your event to coordinate a delivery window.

Lee's Playland has a NO refund policy. Deposits are non-refundable. We are no longer accepting reschedules for Co-vid related circumstances 

Cleaning deposits are added to all rentals and will be processed for return 72 after the event as long as the equipment is returned in the manner it was delivered (clean, dry, undamaged, all accessories removed). Accessories include vinyl & balloon garlands.
